Home and School Association (HASA)

2009-2010 HASA Members

The Home and School Association (HASA) is the parent/teacher organization. HASA encourages communication, involvement and financial support by sponsoring programs, activities and fund raising events during the year.  Membership in HASA includes all school parents and faculty. Each spring we ask parents, who are interested, to let us know if they would like to be on the HASA Board. The role of the HASA Board is to coordinate all of the programs sponsored by the Home and School Association. Board members are asked to serve a two year term.

All Saint Joseph School parents are expected to take part in some volunteer activity on behalf of the school. Each fall and spring the Home and School Association provides parents with a list of possible areas where parents may volunteer their time; there are endless possibilities even for working parents. Parents are always welcome in the classroom and we urge parents to contact individual teachers and offer assistance when possible. There are many opportunities for parents to become involved in their children’s education.

Candy Sale - Sell Like A Champion! Minimize

Sell Like a Champion Today!

Candy Sale team prepares for kick-off!

Get ready to become a champion of chocolate. This year’s sale kicks off with a special all-school assembly on Wednesday, October 14 at 2:15pm. You are welcome to join us as we cheer our team on to victory! We thank all families in advance for their support of the success of this year’s sale.  Each student will be asked to sell 45 bars — but the more points (bars) scored, the better — as the Candy Sale is the number one fundraiser for Team HASA. Students who reach their 45 bar goal will receive an economy-sized sports bag/backpack.Volunteers are needed to assist with decorating the team locker room (aka: the school) on Thursday, October 13 from 5-8pm. We are also in need of prize donations for top sellers. If you can help, please contact Coach Pam Hruskovich or Beth Staszewski.

Go team!
